5XX Knox Avenue N WEDNESDAY 1500 hours CASE 07- 089491
17yo BM shot in the leg during a fight with 17 & 19yo BM's. RELATED ECN 07-089551

9XX Morgan Avenue N WEDNESDAY 1635 hours CASE 07- 089551
17yo BM most likely [shot] himself in the leg during a fight with the suspect and victim from ECN 07-089491. :roll:

You don't have to be certified, I believe the qualification is "Professional enough that you know of".
