If your neighborhood is that bad you could always relocate. If the bus is too dangerous drive or buy one a scooter. From reading your posts you sound a bit off to me. Whether that be your judgment, rationalism logic, or your made up sounding stories.

1.A girl called the cops on me when i was 19 saying i was trying to overdose on pills and the cops came and took me to the hospital i agreed and went and they checked me and let me go that night because i did not take anything.

So number 2 and 3 im worried about anyone on here have some charges but still got your permit? Having read some of your other posts regarding your military background, I say wear your Congressional Medal of Honor when you turn in your application and you're a shoo-in. (Don't tell them your disability percentage for PTSD though...)

With your self professed record you are not eligible for a security clearance so by definition any information to which you are privy cannot be classified. 
So therefore you tell us all about your "training with the Marines" at "Quantico Sentry" with no fear of compromising any secrets.
