When I was a youngsta all we had to worry about avoiding were lead paint chips. You could always recognize the neighbor kids who had a steady diet of lead paint chips. I think oh so many of them are serving in our Legislature today.

Elected by a population that also apparently had a steady supply of paint chips in their diets.
