Since they seem to get busted every few years for "hookers" in the bars, they probably don't want all the pimps and other casual trollers to carry in the bars....That's why they have room service for the guests.........

For this sign to have any meaning at all, the person could neither be a paying guest nor the guest of a paying guest. Essentially, the party would have to have very little lawful purpose in being on their patch of private property (save restaurant/bar patrons, but really, how many people go there just for that?). It's pretty remarkable for it's silly uselessness.

Actually, I like this idea. 30-40 guys buying breakfast and coffee has to come to a decent amount of money (figure ~$400) in a couple hours... so, who here is a smooth talker and when do we want to schedule it?

The key will be that we really intend to go and be ready to spend a bunch of money if they actually take the sign down.
Might be nice to make a site visit before the actual date to verify the sign is there. Then, call the manager and ask him about it.
