Prior to that, I held a similar picnic at the Lake Harriet Bandshell. I'm thinking I might do that again, as well.

It was very well set up by Chunk, and a whole lot of fun for all who attended, including me.

Since last summer, I've aquired a few "toys" and now have my CCW. It's kind of strange to carry and somehow just seems wrong.
Oh, my mother was a strong anti.

I'm all up for a chaska meet. I work there, so I could make it during a lunchbreak. 8)

Where'd you get that CCW? I just have a plain old carry permit. :)

When the time is good, I'll post a poll for a good day. Then I'll seek volunteers for assistance. Likely May, at the earliest.

I'm all about brownies, hotdogs, buns, case of pop. Aim for a weekend, and count the politically incorrect bensfamily in.

Works for me. But anybody else planning on organizing one would be very wise to consult with Chunk; he handled some possible problems in advance, well, perfectly.
