The coming Saturday is the second of the month and would be our normal breakfast day, but we agreed at the last breakfast to move to the third Saturday each month to accomodate my scooter schedule. Thanks, Guys! Therefore, the new date will be June 17th, around 10:00. This would be the time to change venue, if that's what we want to do. Any thoughts?

Having seen no suggestions about other venues, we'll plan on having this month's breakfast at the Top Diner again. Saturday, 6/17 10:00

The food is ok, never had breakfast there, it is located at:

The nice thing about them is that they have a semi-private area that you can get sometime when you are having a meeting, if they are not to busy.

Do they have their own parking? Are they going to be able to accomodate a group? I'm assuming they're going to be pretty busy on a Saturday morning?

TomK In order: yes, and I think so, but no guarantees.
Good place for breakfast, if you like plain, comfort food. (I like plain, comfort food for breakfast.)

We had a great turn-out on Saturday! Thanks to everyone who showed up. Unfortunately, the rumors of Joel springing for breakfast appear to have been false. Besides that, it seems everybody liked Curran's - the food and service are great, and the prices reasonable. Unless someone has a better idea, we'll plan on meeting there again next month. More info as the time gets closer.
As long as there continues to be a turn-out, Steve and I will be glad to host these breakfasts. Looking forward to next month!!
