Can anyone tell me if there is a website that states how many conceals and carry are held per county?
I am curious to see if the county I am in is lower due to them not wanting to hand out conceal and carry permits....
Thank you!

That information is certainly available - Andrew will be along shortly with the link to it, I 'm sure.
Two things I have to mention:
There's no "conceal" that's required to "carry"; you'll hear plenty about that, too.
It matters not a bit whether the county sheriff wants to issue a permit; he's required - by state law - to do so if the applicant isn't prohibited from acquiring one.
Welcome to the forum, by the way.

Why would anyone make up and maintain a website for a statistic that is zero throughout the entire state?

I believe I have the same thing happening in our area regardless of what the law says....

My wife and I live in Chisago Co. by Lindstrom. The Sherif hear is gun friendly and does believe in carry by the public.
