Did that guy ever get his boat back after fishing on the wrong half of Red Lake?

Oh, yes:
Son-In-Law got a $200 fine, plus $300 storage fee on the boat. The other guy, found guilty of trespass and having three walleye.

I think the Red Lakers can do whatever they want. It's the other tribes that have no jurisdiction over a non-indians.
