Driving down mainstreet in Anoka yesterday, I noticed a sign in the windows of the Anoka county courthouse that "by court order, firearms are banned..." I'm only aware of Henn Cty's Chief Judge Kevin Burke's order... not aware of anything in Anoka. Can anyone please clarify? I recall back when we had the 2003 MPPA appellate case being heard at the capitol complex that the courthouse posted a similar sign saying "firearms are banned", but ignored it since there was no statute or court order backing it up. Wanted some more clarification here for Anoka -- real or scare tactic? Thanks.
