I missed it again. Does anyone have it loaded up on youtube? I really wanted to see it, but got interrupted by neighbors :(

She still couldn't get it through her mind that gun control laws only affect law abiding citizens. She is still wearing blinders.

I thought it was presented well. While she still hasn't got rid of all her prejudices, she does see the other side of the story. What was nice for a change is that the producers didn't inject their opinions. They showed the guy as a responsible gun owner and they let him speak for himself. So many of these reality shows take little snippets of conversation and use them out of context. I didn't see that happening here.

It's really surprising that people who can think logically in every other way, have their minds so closed (when it comes to guns) that they can't see that it's not the gun that does the killing but the person who wields it that way. That's the part that always surprises me. Then I wonder if they can't think for themselves about that, what else is screwed up about them?

Dean, you are "teh M4n"!!

I aspire to your grammatical satire. I've been told I'm approaching Pat Cannon-ness, but your beacon is the ultimate goal.

Very well done. I'm forwarding the link from hulu off to my contact list. I think everyone should watch this.

The only way it could have been better would be to bring in some stats on how many other ways people die each year. Especially with respect to private gun sales. An analogy such as, "when you sell a car, you don't know if someone will use it in a crime". Would it be fair to force you to sell your car only to authorized dealers because there is a small chance it could be used in a crime.

All in all though, I was actually shocked how well they presented the issues.
