I just filled it out since I let my NRA lapse about a decade ago when they went soft. It signed me up for:

Quote:
Thank you for joining the NRA by accepting the one-year gift membership, and for your great support of the Second Amendment as an NRA member!

In addition to your insurance coverage and other benefits, your NRA is always looking for ways to make your membership more valuable and rewarding. Below you’ll find just a few of the benefits and services available to you right now.

Thanks again for being part of our NRA family!

Unless I get a bill in the mail the site never mentions it looks like I get a year membership...

I got conflicting reports from a different forum. I wasn't sure since I'm already a member.

Until March 31st The NRA is letting members sign up new members for
$300 for a Life membership (usualy $1000) and $20 for a one year annual membership.
The letter I got says for signing up relatives but I called and they said it can be relatives, freinds, anyone.
I signed up 4 new members one for life and 3 annual

$300 is a great deal on a life membership, one week left

I still don't see anywhere where a membership is "free"?

Go to the link and select the first radio button at the bottom. "I want to accept the offer of a one-year NRA membership." It won't ask you for money.

How does one go about signing up for the $300 Life Membership?

You need a life member to sign you up.

I just called the NRA, gave them the promotion code (W9AVCRDE) and my money and I am now a Life Member. There was no need to have a sponser. Thought I would pass the info along if there was anyone else out there thinking about it.

Was it $300 or $500?

I think it's probably time to get off the EPL program.

That's better than the $500 sale I joined under a couple months ago.

EPL? (I'm going to feel stupid shortly)
