1. Multi-purpose Clamping Workbench $9.98 - same thing as a Black & Decker Workmate for 1/3 the cost. Makes a nice place to clamp a press and put it wherever you want. I have two of these. One is a dedicated decapping station. They are also nice if you go over to a buddy's house to help him, or to your reloading guru's house to learn from him. They work best if you mount your press to a 2' x 6' first.


2. C-clamps 49¢ - $1.79 depending on size. Used for clamping things to above bench

4. Stackable blue storage bins (7½"W x 3"H x 5"D) for keeping things organized. $1.29

This is basically what I use for a reloading bench. I added bolts in a few strategic places, added some braces and doubled the top thickness. Added some braces to the lower shelf. Anchored the unit to the wall. Very rigid, I do some heavy brass forming for obsolete cartridges.

I can't believe that workmate clone is only $10. How's the quality?

Must be a silent sale, or limited locations. The Mankato Menards has them for $17 something yesterday.

Surprisingly, it's quite stable. I have an RCBS Rockchucker clamped to it and there is no wobble. You could really horse on it if you had to. I think it's rated to 300 lbs.
I actually got mine from Harbor freight for $8.99 with a coupon deal. But, I can tell from the picture, it is exactly the same.

I have had a #3 for some time. It survived two overseas PCS moves. I used to use it as a computer desk and used a taller chair and loved it since it was strudy and accessable.

Just mount your press on a 2x6 and combine with the above items and you are a portable reloading master!

I have a set of these shelves from Menards. While the metal framing is probably capable of 500 lbs per shelf, the wooden particle board shelving, on mine, began sagging under the weight of 24-packs in a matter of weeks. I intended to back them up with some plywood but never got back to it.
