I saw this video a few years ago on a different fourm. Speculation then was that this was a canned hunt of an old circus lion in a pen. Wild lions tend to foucs on their antagonizers shreding them with their teeth and claws not just knocking them down as they run away.

As when bear and hog hunting I tend to be more worried about being shot by other party members.
