The language disparity between the state statutes and the hunting regs is frustrating.
Even the disparities in the different DNR regulation booklets is frustrating.
I guess we all try and honor what we understand to be the rules as best we can and hope we would not have to defend ourselves in a dispute.

Erring on the side of caution can't hurt.
