Well, I finally did it...bought a new pheasant gun.

Ordered a Rizzini 552, 20 gauge, 28 inch brls, single trigger, POW grip. Should be here next week. Just in time for my trip to ND.

New gun, great pointer, and hunting in ND.. life just don't get much better.

Holy smokes, 2 gauge :!: The barrel bore must be as big around as a persons fist. Must be a punt gun.

thats a very sweet gun, My daughter has Rizzini and will never give it back, hers is a 20 guage, a 322 I think, , she loves it, and its held up for a long time, hers has a full pistol grip that does not fit my hand but for her is like shaking hands with her twin.

Had a chance take the new shotgun to a friends game farm this weekend. The skies were not a safe place for the birds. We put up 11 birds, my son downed 1, my friend 3 and I finished off the other 7. Great start to a new gun.

It shoulders great and at 6lbs is a dream to carry for the day. I think I've found my new bird gun.
