Any interest in a group buy for Metalform 1911 mags?

I'm thinking either:

http://metalformcompany.thomasnet.com/item/pistol-magazines/0-45-caliber/pn-1013?&seo=110

or

http://metalformcompany.thomasnet.com/item/pistol-magazines/0-45-caliber/pn-1014?&seo=110

We could hit 25% off very easily, and if we get enough interest, maybe more...

try to get a group of forty of more mags, that reaches very deep discounts, and its not hard to get there.

IIRC you can mix and match any amount to get that 40 count. reaching forty used to knock 60% off retail.

That's REALLY good to know! Thanks! :D

I know of at least one person who's in for 10 if we can get the price down.

I'd be in for a few at those rates.

Other folks?

I don't know anything about "Metalform" mags.

Why would anyone spend $33 and change ($41.64 - 25%) for a Metalform mag when you can buy a Wilson Combat for $31.95?

You do, you just don't know it. They OEM to a good number of the major manufacturers.

Springfield mags? Metalform. Colt mags? Metalform (or Checkmate).

Poke deeply around the web (I did, after a shooter here recommended them to me over the Wilsons...I'll let him jump in here if he wants with his experience with Wilsons, McCormicks, and the Metalforms). You'll find them coming up glowingly positive almost across the board. You've got to dig for some of the reviews, but those who know them seem to be very devoted.

actual price for the 8 round fixed base mags is something like 14 dollars and change per mag, Metalform makes the best mags out there in my mind.

And for the record, Blued Steel is not who recommended them to me. That's two votes for these being great mags.

I'll contact them tomorrow and get some details.

Any more interest in this? I'm in for at least 5, probably 10 if the price is right.
