Here's the deal, I'm starting up a lawn care business to keep some cash flowing, while I go back to school. So if you're in need of lawn care PM me. I'm offering 10% off for TCC members. 8)

Yeah, that's a bit on the far side for a drive, about 120miles to Rochester and 165 to Duluth for me.

What services? Mowing, de-thatching, disemboweling tree rats?

Seriously, what side of town do you reside?

I have occasional need for lawn care at various locations, plus I might hire you one time to open carry / mow just to freak the neighbor.

I'm in Delano, so anything as far east as Plymouth/ SLP is in my sights, as far north as Maple Grove/Osseo (a few jobs in the same are would be prefered ((get your neighbors on board)) )

As far south as Waconia, Victoria, Mound wouldn't be out of the question either.

Just shoot me a PM with your contact info, and I'll run out and give you a bid. 8)

I have a rather large estate dethatcher, and if your heart desires I can grab a rental and do it. ( I just don't see the return in buying one since its only used 2x per year and it cost about $2000)

Mowing/trimming, smaller chem jobs/spot treatment of weeds, shrub pruning. Open carry mowing/crime deterent/tree-rat wrangling ect...

Odd Jobs and Lawn Jobs, Dirty Deeds done cheap.

I wish you were closer to Brooklyn Park. I'm working two jobs this summer and finding time to mow the lawn is difficult.

Since you are in the buisiness, what is a fair rate for a 6,000 sq ft (is that between 1/3 and a 1/2 acre) lawn? I do have a fence and that does make it a little more difficult.

The big question is with the fence, if it's got a gate that allows a 60" machine in the rate will be considerably less because a LCO can get their ZTR mower in there. Most operations estimate at about 45$ per hour, but that might as well be at least $50 and hour with fuel cost.

My self, if you have a pretty level lot and I could get my ZTR in the back (needs 50") would charge about $30-35 for a mow/trim/cleanup

Unfortunately, the gate is 48". That was the biggest you could do with a normal post.

Consider that most other commercial LCO's have a 36"-42" walk behind that they can get back there too. And those also move pretty quick.
