Depends entirely on a: what the statute/Presidential order said, and b: what the courts say.

I wouldn't count on it.

That said, while I think things are dangerous, I don't think the sky is falling -- or that Penaz is right. Which is why I wrote an essay on the subject, some time ago.

Jeez, that guy is into everything but Amway...

I wouldn't bet on it, either way.
