I was listening to Tom Lyden on KFAN today - he told Danny B that his station will no longer allow him to use the phrase "Tea Bag " on the air anymore...for the more pure and innocent in the group simply take the family friendly filters off of your computer and Google the phrase - you will learn why rather quickly!

Andrew, I love how you get right to the heart of the matter. You bring up a great point.

BTW, I'm still waiting for those business cards you were going to send me.

Yup, that's me.

This pic is now on the front page of today's Op-Ed section. At least the Early Metro Sunday issue. Don't know about the Sunday Final one.

Has a gathering time and location been determined for the Tax Cut Rally this Saturday?

There is an empty garden bed running perpendicular to the capital directly in the middle of the lawn. For those that want to meet up, meet at the southern (towards downtown) end of that bed. It's out of the crowd and easy to spot.

I'll be there around 11:00.

I'll be there(eta: OC style @ at the empty garden) around 11 as well, seeing if I can raise the ire of the crowd.

My wife and I will be there.
Will this be an OC event?
I'm still kind of nervous about doing that.

It's only OC if you want to. I will be, I bet Djeepp will be and probably some others. Do it if you want to, knowing it will be a friendly crowd and that capital security shouldn't be a problem.

I did get on "The List" before the Tea Party, so I'm not worried about security. It just feels strange after being taught my entire life that "guns were bad"!

I'm right there with you. My parents are anti's and I just got my permit in February. OCing was a very nervous experience for me the first couple of times I did it. But it becomes comfortable very quickly, especially around a friendly crowd and other people OCing right next to you.

I think our crowd will be a lot bigger this time than at the tax party. Feel free to conceal or OC, just make sure you are there.
