I recently called to inform the Hennepin county sheriffs office that I've moved. After some questioning, they admited that I didn't have to pay $10 to get a new permit, but suggested I get a new one for $10 so I could avoid hassles if I was stopped.

I was told to go to this website to get information on submitting an address change on my carry permit:

I assume they can link to anti-gun websites since this website isn't a publicly sponsored one?

Hmmm, looks like it's an official site, the copyright lists the HCSO.

Anybody want to make a formal complaint about taxpayer dollars going to fund a site which endorses the Brady Bunch?
