Your opportunity to get some money back from the state when you donate to Minnesota political parties and candidates is going away, for at least two years..... (Minnesota only, does not include local or federal offices) Donations made before July 1st still qualify, and you will have until April 15th, 2010 to apply for those $50 rebates, or $100 for couples filing jointly. ..................... I'm glad to see this go by the wayside. Never thought it was a good idea to have the govt. pay me for my political donations. |
