Thanks for that interview. I used it in a discussion on a different board. Explained how the "guns flowwing to mexico" thing is a lie being used to get support for a new AWB. I explained that these politicians string together words to "sound scary" but are actually factually flawwed. "Like a wind powered four wheeled ferrari motorcycle . . . sounds fast and fuel efficient, but . . . "

I vote we just annex Mexico and add some stars to the flag. They obviously can't run their country and apparently most Mexicans want to come here. . . why not bring "here" to them? Think about it a bit before you discard the idea.

And a hell of a discussion it turned out to be. (I post, occasionally, as jbohn over there... )

Drug dealers offing each other sounds like a ready-made solution to me...think we could clear out a couple of towns except for the cartels, drop a load of AR-15s into the town squares, and then wait for nature to take its course?

Better to clear them out except for the cartels, and drop HE and WP- much quicker...

But with just ARs you can come back in, hose the blood away, and re-use the town. Patch a few holes, of course.

Hah, yeah . . . Mexico's southern border is shorter than our current one by a fair bit. Same Border Patrol budget and manpower over a shorter stretch . . . they might be able to get a handle on it.

In an ideal world I'd like to take America's southern border all the way to western Panama. That canal would make a pretty decent moat. Besides, the U.S. government is presently sized a little big for that much territory. It is waaayy to big for what we have now. If we expand the U.S. then we will have fewwer U.S. politicians to lay off. You must think of the politicians  I think Pelosi would make a fine governor or something of Toledo (presently in Belize) . . . so long as she'd have to fly through the Bermuda triangle each time she went from DC to her home state
