Does anyone own this holster? Has anyone tried it? I'm really really curious.

I have an irrational fear of using any holster that does not enclose the gun. I would also be afraid that the finish on my gun would be damaged or scratched if I were to inadvertently brush against something. It might be great for competition but for everyday carry, I'm not so sure.
On the other hand, I have not tried one of those.
