I am going to attend a holster class that DonL is having and I need a holster for my CZ 75B(9mm). At some point I think I am going to try IDPA too.

Does anyone have any recommendations for an inexpensive holster I can either pick up locally or on line? I'd like to get something that will get me by for now until I have a chance to gain some experience before I spend major money on something.

I also need something I can pick up fairly quick so one of the custom made ones is out at this point.

Thanks

Talk to srigs. Perhaps he can make you something on short order. It will probably require loaning him the firearm for a short period of time.

I use a Fobus for my 75b in .40. Cheap and quick service, although I'm not sure if they are IDPA legal.

can't recommend anything but a www.rmholsters.com. Extreme cant paddle.

I have one for my Beretta and love it. I also have an Uncle Mikes paddle. No comparison in quality.

The rmholster is the best IMO.

Let me add a big second to that recommendation.

If it is not on their list, Call and talk to Jeff. I had to do this same thing to get a holster for my Beretta 92FS.

He will tell you that if you buy the Blue gun from Rings Manufacturing, he will send you a holster. He keeps the blue gun.

It has to be from Rings manufacturing too. The ASP don't come as close to original dimensions.

Thanks for the info.

I emailed them and asked if they could to a CZ and they replied no because they have no forms for the CZ.

I thought it was kind of strange because it mentions on their website that they are a custom shop and can do most anything.

They look like nice holsters. Mayby I should have called them.

Which 75 are you looking to get a holster for?

I have a CZ75B in a .40 caliber.

Ah, I just re-read your post (sorry) I see it is a 9mm. I just finished a belt holster for my .40(I haven't even put it on a belt yet.

Sent them an email on availability of the CZ-75B. Will let you know when I hear.

I checked the Blue Gun catalog too and didn't see any CZ's.

I wonder if the Beretta would work? The Fobus lists the Beretta 92/96 as fitting the same holster as the CZ 75B 9mm.

There is one way to find out.

Have Phorvick bring his CZ to the next get tgether and we can try it out. I dubt it wil as kydex molded to the shape of the gun.
