Try what you have first, you don't need to drop 40 bucks on a cover shirt for it to work. Organic shaped paterns on cover shirts will help to break up printing. They can be had for $10 at target or w*m. And remeber, in MN you DO NOT have to conceal your gun, you can carry openly if you wish.

I tried one on at Streichers. It does a good job reducing/eliminating printing because it's thick and has a layer of mesh inside that can hang up on the gun a little but allow the outer layer to slide past.
The hidden pockets in the breast area didn't seem like they have much use to me.
More importantly, stylistically it looks too much like a short sleeve mechanic's workshirt to me. It may look okay on the models in 5.11's pictures, but it's not very fashionable IMO.

Always keep in mind the word tactical in front of any item description adds about 50% to the price.

what about for those of us where fashion is still somewhat of a concern? I simply can't bring myself to purchase, let alone wear a Hawaiian shirt. Any thoughts?

Duluth Trading Company has Longtail (3" longer in back) No-Polos (Golf shirts) Untucked, in a dark color, they're pretty decent for covering an IWB.

I've been banned from wearing them by my wife; even seeing Anthony Bourdain in one on TV didn't convince her.
Pocket carry in my case. nmat, since I know your setup, I'd suggest IWB with untucked tshirt or dark polo.

90% of the time I carry I wear hoodies or t-shirts. I carry IWB. Even my friends who know I carry can’t tell even when I ask them to guess…
