Everything we have come to love and respect from a small segment of our uniformed civilian brethren, this one from the Phoenix police department.

When the man refused to let officers in, Virgillo said, Chrisman responded by holding his service weapon to the man's temple and stating that he didn't need a warrant.

If you can imagine, it actually got worse after that interaction. The officer could be charged with murder. If you look at his picture on the page it is arguable that his hat size is indeed much smaller than his neck size. That is almost certainly a negative contributing factor.

Elvira Fernandez said she called police to teach her son respect after she caught him throwing things at the wall of her south Phoenix trailer.

Mistake #1. The police aren't there for that. That was her job.

(and it is true, they did not need a warrant, as they had consent)
