involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and corruption of minors

WTH?!?

If it's from his perspective, it was certainly NOT involuntary!

If it's from the kid's perspective, well, where I come from its called STATUTORY RAPE. :!:

What kind of nonsense is "involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and corruption of minors"?

That's similar to misdemeanor homicide. The charges are found in the 'blue' rule book, for the special people.

If he wasn't a cop, the charge would be crim sex one.

That a 12 year minimum and a 30 year maximum term of imprisonment in Minnesota, IIRC. But that's only for regular folks.

The special people usually get out on bail, or on recognizance, half a million seems pretty steep. I don't think that's special.

Now I wonder how many uncharged cases are out there.

He probably won't get bailed out unless his Mom has 50K for the bondsman and a nice house for collateral..

It's probably Pennsylvaniaese for statutory rape.

It sounds like this cop is NOT being treated like a special person. Good for Pennsylvania!
