Quote: A high ranking Minneapolis officer and a well-known North Side officer have been relieved of duty pending a federal criminal investigation.
The officers are Lt. Lee Edwards, who is one of five black officers suing the police department over allegations of racial discrimination, and Mike Roberts, a 29-year-member of the department. Neither officer could be reached for comment.

Just saw this on KARE 11 news. The interviewed Ron Edwards of the MPLS Police/Citizen council who claimed this is all related to race. Then an other Black man, may have been a city council member, but not sure, who claimed the same.

That would be Ralph Remington.

Surprisingly, Don Samuels (Samuelson?) said we should wait and see how things turn out before jumping to conclusions!
Knock me over with a feather.
