We dropped of my wifes app on Dec 31st and received it on January 12 so not to bad! :D

From what I have been seeing, Ramsey county has been slow. I am curious if your wife received hers so fast because she's of her being a woman? :wink:

I was thinking the same thing. :lol:

But I really think that during the holidays people don't often drop off their apps so they had no excuse ;)
