Filed on April 17th, permit arrived in the May 19th mail. 32 days. Guess the cops don't feel they need to follow laws.

30 days to issue says nothing about mail time. Still annoying since It probably took <14 days to complete the investigation. |

Those investigations can be done in a matter of minutes, it's just a matter of how fast they want to get around to it.
