Just got my permit today! Turned in application to Hennepin county on Aug 12th and got it today, Aug 28th.

wow they got faster.... got mine about a month ago after the full 30 day wait. i was told they were taking the full 30 days when taking my class too

Turned my application in on Friday 10-9-09. Guy behind the glass told me it should arrive within 21 days. He did mention that they had 30 days but said to start checking the mail around 20 days. It appears also that the person in that office is not the same person that had been there previously according to other people who got their permits previously.

We will see when it shows up.

The female Deputy at the SO in Brown County told me the same thing.......and to 'not look for it' until then. :roll:

It came in about 16 days. 8)

I sent them an email thanking them for getting it out quicker than required. :D
