Does anyone know of any ranges (both pistol and rifle) that have membership spots open. preferably within 30 minutes of Hopkins? thanks ahead of time.

thanks for that but i have already looked at that list and no one seems to be calling me back or sending me anything, i figured i would see if i can get a clue by word of mouth.

My best advice would be to find someone who is already a member of a club. Most private ranges require someone to sponsor you to join anyhow.
How do you find someone who is already a member? Look on the club's calendar for public events and attend. Many clubs also have leagues that are open to the public.

Not within 30 minutes but a good outdoor range is the Del Tone - Luth Gun Range in St. Cloud.
