When I brought it home, the wife immediately named it "Rosie" due to the rosewood grips, and it stuck. So, Rosie it is...my newest carry option.
Smith & Wesson made 300 of these, a Model 36 in nickel with rosewood grips--one of them came home with me today...yeeehaaa!!!
I had my gunsmith put a spring kit in it and work his polishing magic to smooth it all out, while retaining reliability. The result was outstanding.
So, immediately upon coming home this afternoon I had to shoot some pics (complete with smudges on my new beauty) to share. OK, so I'm sucking up a bit...Joel being a revo-freak and all I thought this would be perfect.
It joins the wife's 642 in our now-growing snubbie family...

Are you guys kidding? She's great! Little Rosie only packs a few rounds and she's spent. Big Rosie can go on forever! And which would scare you off more? Big Rosie is the ultimate self defense weapon. Fully automatic too.
