I stopped in Gander Mtn in Woodbury to see what deals I could get with the store relocation sale, I bought some slugs and OO buckshot for my tactical shotgun. ( $1.49 for 12 ga. 1oz 1600fps) It was interesting to see what was left over on the shelves. For pistol there was plenty of GAP, .357 Sig, and .38 Spec. left, for rifle I lost count of the odd trendy calibers left. What does it mean for these calibers or is this not a very accurate measure of how popular these rounds are?

I picked up 300 rounds of Winchester JHP 40 S&W for only $10 per 50 box at the Woodbury Gander Mt. I was surprised that they had some left but what a good deal. $60 bucks and out the door.
They did not have other popular calibers but I did see 38s and some others so people must not shot their revolvers much...

Some of us with revolvers, particularly with larger caliber revolvers, find it less expensive to reload. The truth is that reloading doesn't save you any money, it just allows you to shoot more.
