Saiga 12 is less than $400 and pretty much does all the same but as a semi-only.

That design has been around since at least 1988, and the fin stabilized HE ammo is something like $120.00 a round, and the other is about $75 a pop. That was the per round price I was quoted as being for LEO purchase in 1988. The stuff is a machining marvel, but useless in real life.
