Cheese and other dairy products contain enzimes that are beneficial to the digestive system. Of course with anything, moderation is the key. I personally really like cheese, but have been dieting and exercising so I have cut back substantially. Personally, I have felt a lot better just exercising then anything else.

It is possible to live a long, healthy life without cheese or beer...
