His "agenda" is that if he is seated in Congress the Democrat majority would be unlikely to remove him should Coleman win his appeal. There is no such thing in Minnesota as a "temporary" election certificate. If he should be issued such a bogus item it would be taken as a legitimate certificate by Congressional leaders and we all would be stuck for six years.

Be advised that the Democratic Party as it exists today appears likely to consider any means being justified to attain their ends. Franken is throwing feces as quickly and as forcefully as he can simply to see what will stick against the wall.
