Sounds like it's really close to Gunstop. That may or may not be a good thing.

It is very close to Gunstop and that is a good thing. Great neighborhood west of Williston Rd about halfway between Hwy 7 and Excelsior Blvd A.K.A. Co. Rd. 3.
Lease can include optional "10 gun" locking steel box lag bolted to studs at no extra charge.
Be a tenant or send me a tenant who passes screening and signs a 12 month lease prior to May 30, 2009 and I will buy you a gift certificate from GS in an amount equal to purchase a P3AT. One gift certificate per lease.
