Huh, I didn't know OP stood for Order of Preachers...
....although now I'm a little confused why things have gotten all religious on this board lately!

The easy way to register is to perform a ceremony. When the couple submits the marriage license and the county doesn't see your name, they'll contact you. You send your credentials in, they send you a receipt with the location of the filing (Book x, Page Y).

Order of Preachers = Dominicans (Who are completely celibate and I have met both Joel's and Wally's wives. I am quite certain neither of them are Dominicans.)
