There is a twincitiescarry.com group on Facebook that all may join, if so interested.

Just do a Facebook search on "twincitiescarry.com", it should come up.

I found it by going to Mark's page and then linking off of the link on his page.

I am the guy in the cowboy hat.

It shows in the general search, but not in a people search.

At least for me...

share. It is a social networking thingy . . . I have been able to get in touch with kids from the neighborhood where I grew up, a few ex girlfriends, folks I went to grad school with . . . that sort of thing. Nice to be able to get in touch with people. It is probably the easiest way for me to pretend to be an extrovert.

I know a few guys who have specifically avoided getting FB accounts for just that reason. Not because they're afraid of the ex contacting them, but because they don't want to be tempted to hook up with the ex!

No worries. I am pretty darn happy in my relationship . . . .

I know I have heard of some people having problems, but I'm on good terms with pretty much everyone. I can only really think of one person who might want to introduce some revenge into my life, but it is easy enough to deny her access to my page. The security settings seem to work reasonably well.

I've been married for 21 years. It took a long time to get my wife trained to accept my foibles (and she says the same thing). LOL, I don't want to have to do it all over again. I can't think of anyone who would want revenge against me for something that I did.

I've got a couple of convicts who might be interested in me (I had their parole revoked back in my corrections days), but the first one of them doesn't get out for a lot of years yet....like 20. Sex offenders get a lot of time on paper.

I understand what Facebook is all about. I'm on it and I really enjoy the passive form of keeping in touch. What I don't get, though, is the point of the groups. I've joined several groups but there's rarely any activity that goes on with groups.

This happened to me a couple weeks ago, unfortunately she added me as a friend when I was drunk... I was like "sure, why not, wouldn't mind seeing her again. ". Then she starts talking to me when I'm sober so I let it go for about 3-4 hours, said "this facebook thing isn't working right" and defreinded her. A very long story, that needs to be told in person.
