It's just a little piece of history (albeit, important!).
I was watching tv with my Grand Father in the basement of my parents home in NW Rochester when this was broadcast live.
My Grand Father
(a WWI vet of the German Army........Battle of the Somme River and several other campaigns), told me that it was 'amazing'........the progress that was introduced to the world since his childhood.
He was a very wise man.
He passed away back in '82. I miss him greatly.
