Timothy Cavier was back on the FOX 9 this evening.

21 months in prison

BUT

Stayed for Three-year probation in a South Minneapolis halfway house.

My e-mail to the reporter:

Saw the reappearance of the devil on the Nine telecast. He was in one of those half-way houses years back, before prison, it may be the same one, he called me numerous times from a house in South Minneapolis, at one point he managed to hop on a Metro Transit bus and Voila! -

He's like Michael Myers, Freddy Krueger, or Jason Voorhees, he just keeps coming back.

The world is a less safer place. Watch out S. Minneapolis/Uptown.

Keep up the good work,
Timothy

Wow. He was only out of circulation for 5 months.

For those who don't remember this guy like to rape teenagers, aged 14 or so. Male, female, makes no difference.

Because society feels sorry for him. He had a rough childhood. He's mentally disabled. Whatever.

"It's a revolving door of treatment, prison and freedom with Cavier" - Tom Lyden

Pretty accurate.

I'd be willing to bet most of society really doesn't feel sorry for him, if our justice system would actually reflect the people it protects...

Any other Level-III would be right back in the state pen. He's "special" - If he ends up escaping (again, he did years back and ended up right in Hopkins by hopping a Metro Transit bus) I'll make sure it gets on the news. Then, people can start asking questions to why he was allowed back into a halfway house... :!:

He kept calling me from jail upon rearrest, I spoke with a reporter and got him to actually call the reporter... but by the time that occurred, he had spoke to his public defender and basically was somehow smart enough to tell the reporter he can't talk. Then, I blocked the calls. But, he's crazy and I got him pretty close to doing just that, recorded for the world to hear by the local news. Then, he'd probably be in jail. The only reason not, is because the vic was uncooperative and the prosecution had a "shaky" case.

Kept hearing "You have a collect call from an inmate at the Hennepin County Jail from: TIM CAVIER! (yelling) to accept, blah, blah. Hung up. Figured I'd try and give FOX a jailhouse exclusive so I contacted the reporter and he was interested, so, I answered once, and then gave him the reporters info. In that conversation he asked for bail money, and for me to send him money for jail stuff, which, I guess people can do.

Yeah, right. :!:

And, at that point in time, I was curious to as of what he was arrested for. I knew long before the media, for he began calling me and everyone else that he lived around/knew within the past twelve years upon the arrest.
