The New Hampshire Union Leader says Dubois' suit contends he suffered permanent brain damage.*  Kelley resigned from his teaching position about a month after the incident. He declined to comment on the lawsuit. *Seriously, if this guy was stupid enough to put 110 volts to his nipples, how on earth could anyone determine that he is now more stupid???

If this didn't happen at school it would probably have "alcohol is involved".
We had a conversation about this at work the other day about people getting more stupid.
