May seem an odd thing to post here, but my team is hiring. We have been for a while and my team has been a body light for several weeks now. On a four person team that means I have been pulling a lot of extra weight and my other two team mates as well. We just haven't been getting many applicants from our newspaper ad & anybody that has made it to interview has ended up falling short of our standards.


Most everybody here really seems to have their head on straight, so I guess that is why I am asking in this venue. One of the things I really value about this board is the level of mutual respect it demands of folks taht post here. That is a huge asset, maybe even regard it a requirement of this job I am talking about. The job is in mental health, pay is mid 30’s with some pretty sweet benefits and allowances. It does require at least a 4 year degree in something quasi-related (I got in with my four year Criminal Justice Degree) and requires a lot of outside the box thinking. The hours are not choice, but they are hours in a very rewarding field. The team is great but we’d really like to be fully staffed. If you are interested, please PM me for more details.
