Tomorrow morning I'm headed north to the family hunting land for a week of deer hunting. Last year I had two deer by Sunday morning and came home early. I hope it will last a little longer this year but there are so many deer again and I hate to let a nice one pass by without taking it.

Same here, leave the sprawling Mankato area to the northern community of Becida. We have 180 acres of private land to hunt just a hop, skip and a jump west of Becida and can get tags to take up to 5 deer each. I don't know what I would do with all the meat from 5-10 deer, all I need is 2 and that is usually enough.

Good luck Ramoel. 8)
