My mother inlaw who is from there but was staying here for the past week missed thisCAVALIER, N.D.: Standoff ends but being it's a very small community she knows everyone involved. And since she is in the anticarry crowd I asked her that if cops serving a warrant to keep him from beating his wife and the chief are unable to protect themselves, the firemen, their own headquarters, and other residents what would you expect people to do when this scum comes to their door, dial 911?
