i have an older computer XP but I am unable to access this or any other forum from it. I was wondering if there are any requirements like acrobat reader or anything like that? If not it is probably my computer that needs to be adjusted some how, but if not let me know
thanks

The only requirements are a browser and an internet connection.
Are you getting an error of some kind? Do other sites work?

Yup; what Mac said. I'd suspect the computer, but beyond that, I'm not sure what the problem could be.

I have AOL 9.0 at home, and it will not allow me to stay logged in for more than 2 seconds. i have played around with AOL trying to get it to work for a while now, Im just going to have to get a different set up once I get a new computer

Dig around on your XP machine and see if it doesn't have Internet Explorer installed already. And don't admit to anybody under 70 that you were using AOL. We won't tell.

Sorry I realize you have a problem you're looking for help with, but to be quite honest I just couldn't make it past this part.

Try using Mozilla Firefox browser or Internet Explorer.
I kinda remember reading somewhere a few years ago that AOL had some kind of website censoring thingamabob that wouldn't allow porn, firearms and violence related websites.
I could be wrong though.....
