I'm thinking about trying some reloading and was wondering about tracking down a used press/equipment to save a little money. Where would you go to look for one?

Ebay!

Or some new is cheaper than Ebay. Check out Midwest shooters supply, Midway, F & M Reloading.

I'm just getting started too, and was considering buying used to save money. Then I decided that, my level of ignorance being what it is, a kit might be a good idea. I ended up buying a Lee turret press kit from Midway; I think it's $110. I found a Lee die set at Gunstop ($35), so I can start loading as soon as my shipment of bullets shows up! I have to go shoot zombies this weekend so I might have to buy some locally if they don't show up pretty quick.

Fortunately, I bought primers a while back, before they vanished from the face of the Earth. That and a reloading manual were my first purchase -- I got the Lyman 49th edition, on the recommendation of several people.

You can order primers from cabella's you can;t do the in-store pick up on them but you can get them shipped to your house for a $20 haz mat fee and the mag-tech primers are only a 1 week wait while the winchester are 3+ week wait.
