I caught part of it Wed night. It looked interesting & I'll have to watch it agian. The only part I saw was about the .50 BMG. I can't remember the manufacturere.

What I am still trying to figure out is what was the correlation of the .308 round and the AK47?

Nato 7.62x51
Both .308, One is known as .308 Winchester, the other is the most widely produced cartridge in the world

Sorry about drifting the thread.
The one episode on the .50ca he mentioned the 5.56 and then held up what was I guess suppose to be a .308 for comparison and mentioned the AK47(Like it used the .308 Win rd) and then the .50.
